How we provide an inclusive transport service
In our commitment to fostering an inclusive and welcoming service, we take pride in delivering a community transport service that is autism-friendly.
We recognise and celebrate the unique needs of our customers and ensure that our transportation services cater for everyone. Our goal is to create an environment that promotes comfort, understanding, and a sense of belonging for all passengers.
In 2023, we were accredited by the National Autism Society for our autism friendly practices which include training staff to enhance their autism knowledge and developing and implementing an action plan to make our services autism-friendly.
For families and caregivers, our community transport service aims to be a reliable partner in ensuring a stress-free travel experience. We encourage open communication about specific requirements, preferences, or any additional support that may be needed.
